What we collect

When you fill out our intake form we ask for your business name, your trade, the areas you work in, your size, and how to reach you (name, phone, email). If you text, call or email us, we keep that conversation. If you buy a plan, Stripe handles your payment; we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

Only to find and prepare government jobs for you, to contact you about your plan, and to keep our own records. We may use your trade and area, without your name, to improve how we match jobs.

What we never do

We never sell your information. We don’t share it with the government or any agency on your behalf. All contact with an agency is yours.

Who can see it

Hypha Capture and the service providers who help us run the business (for example, payment and email providers). If we introduce you to a larger contractor, we do that only with your yes first. We can sign a two-way confidentiality agreement on request.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising trackers.
